INCERC Bucharest Branch is a symbol of research for buildings and structures in Romania. In 2005, the institute has celebrated its 55th anniversary.

 

Since its establishment, the institute developed continuously, being well-known in Romania and abroad for:

URBAN-INCERC is the editor and publisher of the Bulletin of Construction, under the authority of the Ministry of Transports, Constructions and Tourism. The Bulletin contains the approved technical regulations and requirements for the design, construction and control of buildings and structures and their component elements, members or products.

URBAN-INCERC is a member of the following European and international organisations:
