URBAN-INCERC is the
editor and publisher of the Bulletin of Construction,
under the authority of the Ministry of Transports, Constructions and
Tourism. The Bulletin contains the approved technical regulations and
requirements for the design, construction and control of buildings and
structures and their component elements, members or products.
